The popular show "Dirt Knights," will be making its return to television this Sunday, (November 5th) at 8 PM Eastern time. The series will follow the lives of five IMCA Modified drivers, as they take on the everyday struggles of racing for championships in the ever-changing motorsports landscape of 2017.
When the series first aired a few years ago, it captured the hearts of Dirt Track Racing fans across the United States. Showing raw emotion of a race weekend, the struggles of funding a motorsports operation, as well as everyday struggles any guy/gal goes through. As the series returns, it hopes to strike the same cord with viewers.
The personalities featured in Dirt Knights are second to none. Leading the charge in this category has to be "Mr. Excitement," Corey Dripps. The guy is known for his outgoing character, but can also get it done with the best of them behind the wheel, the fans can't turn their heads when Dripps is leading a race, altering track size or on your TV, he's one to watch come November 5th.
The Hustler', Hunter Marriott, is on pace for the best season of his career. Racking up nearly every big money show on the IMCA scene, he is etching himself in as one of the best and a future legend of the sport.
Johnny Scott, who hails from the 'Land of Enchantment,' has etched his name in as one of the best in the dirt modified world. Scott has become one of the most consistent drivers in the IMCA, placing on the podium almost what seems like week-in-and-week-out.
"There goes the big show," a praise you'll come to be familiar with. Jason Wolla may be one of the most impressive drivers on this list, competing for championships each season, the North Dakota native will capture each viewer with his amazing on track talent, and second to none off-track personality.
Cody and Brock Bauman round out our list of 2017 Dirt Knights stars, forming the well known 'Bash Bros,' the two Illinois natives don't lack talent behind the wheel. Each former USMTS stars, they will look to prove their worth on the IMCA scene, as well as proving the haters wrong behind-the-wheel of their Harris Auto Racing supported rides. These two are must-watch television.
